BIR is recruiting drivers and contributors for a structured return to regular competition. Raw speed matters, but so do consistency, clean racecraft, communication, reliability, data discipline, and the ability to represent a team professionally.

How applications are assessed

Every application is read against evidence: verified results, consistency, conduct history, availability, and fit with the current programme. BIR does not promise acceptance, and response times are not yet defined.
