A small team with a long memory and open seats
BIR has been a continuous team identity since 2000. Its current structure is deliberately lean: a founder-led core, a growing driver group, and specialist contributors who make results repeatable. Historic line-ups are published only where records support them.

How the team works
Consistency over heroics
Ten repeatable laps beat one perfect one. Pace is measured with deviation, not just a personal best.
Clean racecraft
Contact is a cost. Drivers are expected to yield, report honestly, and accept stewarding decisions.
Data discipline
Setups, telemetry, and debriefs are shared. Individual speed becomes team performance only when it is documented.

BIR needs analysts, engineers, coaches, managers, designers, editors, commentators, photographers, and commercial contributors as much as it needs drivers. Applications are reviewed against demonstrated work, not job titles.
